Why Are People Afraid of Spit & Pee in Open?

Many people do not like to spit & pee in open. I also don’t like to but for different reasons. If there are men & it is not highly advisable for ladies. It is also very awkward situation for men. But due to certain restrained condition one must use public toilets. And it  must be sanitised thoroughly because if it is not cleaned after every use there may be infection prevailing in those conditions. Because every third person may be infected by some or the other diseases so that he should not come in contact with such problems. Spitting is also very trouble some because spitting spread diseases. One can use sanitiser after going to/using toilets. Ladies can also take care of herselves. Because for  both the activities (Spit & Pee) It must be taken extra precautions than to cure it.
