Add cinnamon to control your weight.

Weight gaining is the common health disorder of the modern lifestyle. Obesity is growing all over the world as a dangerous epidemic. It is the primary cause of several diseases.
Researchers suggest the use of cinnamon to reduce weight. It can be included in daily diet. Cinnamon powder can be used as a flavoring agent. It can be sprinkled on drinks like tea or fruit juice.

Grind the cinnamon sticks very nicely and use it for sprinkling on the drinks or dishes. A mixture of cinnamon powder and honey in a glass of water is a good remedy for controlling weight.
