The main producers of olive oil are Spain,
France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Portugal and the United States of America. Spain
is, however, also pioneered and remains the main source of export of olive oil.
Olive oil is the fundamental component of the Mediterranean diet. It has
numerous properties to our health, such as cholesterol control. Because the
olive oil is rich in oleic acid, monounsaturated fat, gives us benefit on
