How to Properly Take Nutritional Supplements?

If you take any kind of supplement, this is worth reading. I do not want you spending your valuable time and money on supplements if you dont first know how to properly take them. For maximum absorption please follow these simple rules:
For fat-soluble nutrients: these supplements should be taken with the meal that contains the MOST fat. The fat soluble vitamins are: A, D, E, and K
Amino-acids: should be taken on an empty stomach (1 hour before or after meals) and should be taken with fruit juice for better absorption. **whenever taking an isolated amino acid, be sure to supplement it with an amino acid blend.
Digestive enzymes: take with meals to aid in digestion
Pancreatic Enzymes: take on an empty stomach between meals
Mineral supplements: take separately from the highest fiber meal of the day because fiber inhibits absorption of minerals.
Isolated B vitamins: take with a B complex supplement (B 50 complex is best)

*Also a new approach to taking supplements is using plant-grown vitamins that are cultured in a yeast base. This makes the supplement a whole food form, thus enhancing bio-availability (how well it is absorbed into the body)
