Good
morning everyone how are you. I hope you guys are all well. I’m sure all of you
have heard the saying “Laughter is the best medicine.” And it really is. Any
doctor will tell you that just the act of laughing is beneficial to our
emotional and bodily health. A good belly laugh helps our respiration, blood
circulation, energizes and helps us to think clearly. That’s better than a pill
any day. Never stifle your sense of humor. If you hear a funny joke, laugh.
Laughter actually stimulates chemicals that suppresses stress related hormones.
Go to a funny movie, watch comedies on TV. Go out with your friends and have a
jolly old time. I’ve heard of laughter classes. Now that sounded a little weird
to me, but people really do go to class to learn how to laugh. And there’s
nothing wrong with it.
