It is very necessary for human body to adopt
simple rules in our life everyone want to fit and fine so regularly going to
morning walk keeps human as healthy and energetic always same if u is wearing
clean cloth every day then you will be save from the diseases. If u are doing
daily walk you will be feel perfect always and healthy man full day no laziness
coming near to you. If you walk daily then you will be taking good sleep early.
If we adopt daily walk routine from the childhood then easily to awaking for
the school and for job also. If you are going for a walk then you will feel
morning cool breeze beautiful birds song and fresh air. If you are walking on
grass then you will not lazy in full day. Morning air very good for kidney and
clean also the kidney. If you feel fresh early morning then you doing all work
with activeness and happiness.
