How to have sound sleep?

I am sharing with you about other health related habits. A good night’s sleep is very essential for the healthy condition of both body and mind. Modern lifestyle induceses more stress and strain in the body & mind. Modern life style reduces the resting time and make it more active to run one’s body to earn more and more materials values. Many people are so anxious and stressed that they find it difficult to have sound sleep. If one tries to change one’s life style He/She should have before retiring to bed one must  pray to God and while sitting on bed do some meditation and wash his or her feet with water and lie down on bed and memories day activity. And get up early  morning and at night spend at least 7/8 hours. Adopt this good habit through out month and  years.
