This

Ingredients

cup spinach leaves
1/2
cup Brussels sprouts
1
cup chopped Kale leaves
1/2
Avocado
1
green apple
1/2
cup of ice cubes
1/2
cup filtered water
Preparation
*remember
to wash all the veggies and fruits*
Scoop
out the avocado.
Without
peeling, cut the apple into 4 pieces
In
a blender, mix the Brussels sprouts, spinach and kale leaves and filtered water
until smooth.
Finally
add the Avocado,apple and the ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
