Warning: 12 Common signs your body needs a detox.

Sure you heard many times the word detox as is becoming more popular. So ask yourself, Do I need a detox? Should I start a detox program? Well, with the stress of life and the way we are handling our body and our lifestyle everybody should need to start a detox.
Some of the signs your body are telling you that you need a detox are:
Low or poor energy
Mental instability
Feeling depressed
Allergy reactions/Food Allergies
Trouble losing weight
Adrenal Fatigue
Regular Headaches
Trouble sleeping
White or yellow tongue
Bad breath
Cravings or blood sugar issues
Itchy skin

Just to point out many of this symptoms can occur from time to time but if you are experience some of them frequently you probably are in need of a detox and get rid of all that horrible toxins you are accumulating, in other words your liver needs a vacation and a boost.
