How to Clean-up Stuffy Nose with Yogic Tea?

There are different types of tea like ginseng, ginger, black pepper, lemon, Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum), etc. etc. we are the ardent followers of Ayurveda and Yoga.
Everyday is a new day from dawn to night. Whenever any body suffers from cold, headache, pain in the throat and bronchitis. One has to prepare a glass of water put some ginger two pieces of black pepper (whole) and four to five leafs of tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum) and boil it till the water and the whole stuff remains a cup of tea that tea can be taken at night before sleeping and enjoy the sound sleep.
Use it next day night also in the same manner with in two to three days. One starts feeling better and better because all the stuffy nose throat dries and clean up that will make the mood change because it is a matter of few days which will make one happy.
