Exercise for fitness.

A healthy mind lives in a healthy body. If one is sick and weak the mind also becomes weak. Nature has given us our body. It’s is the most perfect machine. It is our duty to keep our body in order.

The best way to keep healthy is through exercise. Walking is the easiest exercise. It cost nothing. But it keeps the body fit.  Morning walk is most useful. You can also do jogging.

In the morning the atmosphere is pure. A cool breeze blows same time. There is no dust at that time. This is the right time for exercise during the day one is busy in one’s work.


The modern life has made us servant of machine. We do not walk on foot. We use bicycles, scooters, buses and cars for going from one place to another. This makes our body machine lazy. So it is necessary to activate it. If one has time, one can play some game. Exercise is the best means to keep ourselves healthy.
