If you are
Calorie Conscious do not take fast food, pizza, burger, Poabazzi etc.etc.
because these are not energy booster. But can occupy belly space. It doesn’t
digest easily. But about pastries, somasa, tikki, chat etc.etc. they are
healthy and consumable items. They do not provide necessary vitamins, minerals
that required daily. Once in while on a weekly basis or evening time it can be
taken with coffiee or tea. I like the taste more but I like sweets also. Rest
of time doing lunch and dinner I prefer loaves of bread cooked vegetables,
salad & fruits.
