For Long Life Exercise is Must.

In starting world peoples are very hard worker like cutting the wood walking city to city cutting the trees, digging well, and farming. That time peoples are doing work mostly with his body and using Energy that’s why those peoples no sick more. Exercises must need same like every day like work, air, water, food, sleeping. If we doing exercises daily then we can digest the food easily and the maintain the weight also. Because of exercises peoples feeling happy and fresh mood always exercises given power to heart that power you can’t get anywhere. Exercises good long life also if you do daily then you get good sleep. And also maintain a healthy body. So do it regularly exercise and keeping a good stamina.
