How to Maintain Balance Body?

It is very easy to maintain one’s body if we adopt simple rules of taking food, drink & keep our belly fatless and contours are more attractive. Whatever you take for energy in 24 hours. It should be divided in four meals viz breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner. after having a night sleep in, get up in the morning. Take luke warm waters with half lemon mixed it with the water. After clearing stomach do some exercises and spend 20 to 25 minutes time. If you are a student take breakfast and go to school if you are a office goer go to office. Before that take breakfast if it is a loaf of bread, milk or tea or coffee take as per your liking join the office and work there till lunch. Take the lunch 2 or 3 loaf of bread and prepared vegetables, salad etc. till evening have some juice, coffee, tea with snacks etc. and go for a evening walk. Ready for having dinner by 9 o’clock take another round of dinner walk. Remember there should be difference of 4 to 5 hours between two meals day time and two an a half hour dinner time. Don’t take excessive food without digesting the previous food. There will not be any excessive layers around belly.
