I am share with you
about exercises taken differently. We know that exercise is very important for
our health. I am suggesting some benefits of exercises during life span. When
at the age of 7 to 8 years. Children starts playing with simple exercise.
(infants also start taking excercises at that very age). Exercise should be
taken on the daily basis and at regular interval. Taking of excercises improves
immunity system in the human body. Exercise raises confidence and physically in
your life. confidence is very important for us. Exercise makes your mind brain
bones stronger and powerful. Exercise can create happiness and mentally strong for your society.
