We know
that every morning & evening in our
life is very important. Friends I make a few suggestions for yourself.
1 First suggestion is that we know that our every morning starts with joining with our job work. There we put every detail to our maximum knowledge to complete the job assigned to us. In the evening on returning home we after having evening tea or coffee , join hand to contribute with spouse to prepare dinner.
2 Next day after having breakfast join office to do all sorts of job odd or even and successfully complete them.
3 Third suggestion is that 2 glass drinking water in early evening.
4 Fourth suggestion is that daily going for exercise in morning walk and in the evening evening walk.
5 Fifth suggestion is that if you join yoga classes it is good for overall body system including immunity.
